President and CEO
Scott joined the Mico Systems team in 2011 and is responsible for culture, strategy, and building and leading the senior executive team. Scott also focuses on new business initiatives to ensure the continued growth of Mico Systems including mergers and acquisitions. Scott has a passion for continued learning and leadership development and belongs to a global network of business leaders. He currently serves as an advisor and director for multiple companies, and has spent over 20 years building and developing companies both as an executive and entrepreneur in Canada and the USA.
Chief Operating Officer
Randy is responsible for leading, managing, and developing Mico Systems’ Virtual CIOs, Technology Consultants, Network Administrators, Help Desk Analysts, and Project Management Teams. Previously Randy was the founder and President of Value Added Computer Services (VACS), and in July of 2015 sold VACS to Mico Systems. Having had responsibilities in all areas of the business, Randy has a broad range of experience including technical troubleshooting and resolution, business development, business management, and service delivery/management.
Mike is responsible for managing the success of our client relationships within our Optimum Managed IT Services Program. As a Virtual CIO, Mike serves as an organizations Chief Information Officer, collaborating with and advising our clients with their IT needs. Mike is a Microsoft Certified Professional and brings substantial expertise in IT, with a special focus on the needs of public accounting firms and SMB Clients. Mike founded Mico Systems in 1994 and has previously held the roles of President, CEO and CTO of Mico Systems.
