Mico Systems relaunched its website with important improvements in navigation, new services and live chat access to Helpdesk — emphasizing its ongoing leadership in Cloud, Managed IT, and VoIP services.

Designed to Enhance Client Satisfaction

The new website is designed to create many points of contact with clients and prospective clients, and will include an extensive and helpful blog, videos and interactive features.
“We also wanted to emphasize Microsoft more strongly on our website,” Mr. Barrett explained. “As a Gold Small and MidMarket Cloud Solutions provider for Microsoft we felt it was important to emphasize Azure cloud services, along with our other Microsoft areas of expertise in Office 365 and Microsoft CRM. There’s a big call for these services from our clients.”
The services are not new to Mico Systems, but gold standard work with clients has resulted in recognition of the importance of Microsoft services for Mico Systems various client verticals.
“This is just phase one,” added Mr. Barrett. “We hope people will visit often as we add new features, services, information and news. We will be adding downloadable help documents, case studies and information PDFs through the year.”
