Mico Systems Website Redesigned with New Services, Live Helpdesk, and Content that Emphasizes Growth and Profit 500 Ranking

Mico Systems relaunched its website with important improvements in navigation, new services and live chat access to Helpdesk — emphasizing its ongoing leadership in Cloud, Managed IT, and VoIP services.

 

“Our new site highlights our growth through excellent customer service,” said Scott Barrett, President and CEO of Mico Systems Inc. “We’ve been adding services, clients, and expert team members, which led to our placement on the Profit 500 and the CRN MSP 500. We’ve also been listening to our clients, improving our already high satisfaction rating with them. Our new site is designed to enhance client support, with our improved live chat Help Desk, and even Live Chat for visitors to the site.”

 

 

 

 

Designed to Enhance Client Satisfaction

Mico Systems places client satisfaction as the number one metric for success. “We take care of IT, so you can take care of business,” is not just a slogan — it’s a mission. The new website is designed to create many points of contact with clients and prospective clients, and will include an extensive and helpful blog, videos and interactive features.

“We also wanted to emphasize Microsoft more strongly on our website,” Mr. Barrett explained. “As a Gold Small and MidMarket Cloud Solutions provider for Microsoft we felt it was important to emphasize Azure cloud services, along with our other Microsoft areas of expertise in Office 365 and Microsoft CRM. There’s a big call for these services from our clients.”

The services are not new to Mico Systems, but gold standard work with clients has resulted in recognition of the importance of Microsoft services for Mico Systems various client verticals.

“This is just phase one,” added Mr. Barrett. “We hope people will visit often as we add new features, services, information and news. We will be adding downloadable help documents, case studies and information PDFs through the year.”

 

Social Media

Mico Systems also plans to engage clients and prospective clients on social media through 2017, with special focus on LinkedIn and Facebook.

“We are client focused, and customer-service driven,” explained Mr. Barrett. “We plan to use social media to publish helpful information and to encourage constructive feedback.”
